Basic ballet movements gently combine with stretching and balancing exercises to enhance flexibility and freedom of
movement. Perfect for those who have always wanted to try ballet or for anyone interested in a gentle and fun dance class.
Yoga stretches and deep– breathing exercises are also included. No previous dance experience is necessary.
